From Sunrise to Sunset, the Sonoma Coast has been absolutely beautiful the month of January. Today was a balmy 80 degrees with a slight warm breeze until about 2pm when the winds picked up a notch. Lots of surfers and beach goers. Bit of excitement as the Coast Guard was called upon to check in and rescue some kayakers who'd gotten pushed out a little far when the wind picked up. Lots of fisherman on the shore. Some fishing for crab, others perch. Here are just a few pics... This walk was from Gull Harbour to end of Doran Beach and back (about 4.2 miles).
